职位描述：
1.根据项目设计和工艺要求，参与设备选型；熟悉蒸发器，离交，换热器等设备者优先
2.审核设计图纸，配合设备配管,评审施工方案
3.指导现场设备的安装、调试，监控现场设备状态；熟悉不锈钢焊接工艺
4根据工艺参数进行结构等相关计算；
5.遵循公司最佳实践，优化生产设备，并对现有生产设备进行技术改进；
6.编写设备标准操作及维修指导书，对操作工进行设备使用和维护知识培训；
7.建立规范的设备档案，进行设备故障分析，减少停机时间保障设备正常运行。
任职资格：
1.化工机械类专业本科或以上学历；
2.熟练应用AUTOCAD、配管设计等设计软件以及各种办公软件；
3.五年以上机械设计技术工作经验；
4.熟悉设备的运行，对化工食品设备、储罐等有充分的了解和接触，熟悉化工泵，如离心泵的选型使用；有扎实的理论基础和实践经验；
5.精通相关专业的国家施工技术规范和质量验收规范， 熟悉相关专业材料规格、型号及性能
6.具有良好的沟通和协调能力，能够独立承担项目。
7.英语能熟练阅读各类文件及说明书，并具备常用的口语交流能力。
