Job description:
1. Follow whole process from customer order to delivery

跟进从收到客户订单到订单交付的全流程.

2. Liaise and coordinate shipment with warehouse.
与仓库和运输公司联络、协调运输事宜；
3. Process orders from customers and complete the shipment delivery plan.
客户订单处理以及完成出货计划；
4. Perform all reports required by customer.
完成客户需要的所有报告；
5. Decrease and handle with customer’s complaints.
减少与处理客户投诉问题；
6. ERP system update;
ERP 系统里相应信息的更新；
7. Other tasks may be assigned by supervisor or manager
完成领导分配的其他任务。

8.Work Location：Haiyan, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province

工作地点：浙江嘉兴海盐县武原镇城西北路283号


Requirements：
1. College graduation, prefer majored in logistics, trading or English;
大专以上学历，物流、国际贸易或英文专业优先；
2. 2+ years working experience for logistics operation or customer service, in warehousing &mechanical would be a big plus;
2年以上物流操作或客服工作经验，有机械行业背景优先；
3. Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and work under pressure, good team player;
有强烈的责任感，愿意去学习，能在压力下工作，良好的团队合作能力；
4. Good command of English in reading and writing;
良好的英语读写能力(CET-4)；
5. Familiar with logistics management systems and skilled in MS office;
熟练使用物流管理系统以及Office办公软件；
6. Good command of communication skills;
具有良好的沟通技能。
