• To place, print purchase orders, follow up and confirm the delivery date with suppliers

• Be responsible for collect, coordinate and classify related documents such as proforma invoices ,BOL, purchase orders and so on

• To assistant buyer to check the invoices and link RC in Baan, daily tracking open RC status with buyers, suppliers and forwarders

• To assistant buyer to communicate internally and external between buyers and supplier

• In charge of Domestics purchasing

• Maintain RC on line tracker

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS：

• College degree or above with CET - 4 and above

• more than 1 years purchasing experience in an ERP environment

• graduating students can also be considered

• Be familiar with trade commerce articles

• Good at ERP knowledge(BANN/SAP)

• Good PC skills including Windows, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to initiate communication and action and to resolve issues both internally and externally

• Ability to challenge current business practices and offer solutions

• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
