工作职责：
1、全面负责公司财务会计工作的执行、分配和监督；

2、负责定期完成会计报表、公司内外部各类管理报表、纳税申报、退税、验资、审计、

发票管理等业务工作；

3、不断优化和完善公司的财务管理制度及会计核算流程;

4、定期进行财务分析，提交财务分析报告；

5、负责现金流量管理，以确保顺利和有效运作的现金；

6、及时的进行存货核算，正确结转成本，定期核对库存管理情况；不定期组织存货盘

点，保证账实相符；

7、审核公司所有费用开支，加强日常费用管理和成本控制；

8、支持内部和外部审计和后续审计后的行动计划的执行

9、按时完成税务申报以及年度审计工作；

10、按总公司要求提供月报、及时完成公司间结算支付；

11、与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门建立并保持良好关系；

12、公司交办的其它事宜

任职资格：

1、大学本科或以上学历、会计或财务相关专业；持有中级会计师证或注册会计师证优先；
2、7年以上财务工作经验；熟练的掌握账务处理及财务管理经验；最好熟悉制造工业或全球会计；
3、熟悉国内会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
4、熟练应用财务软件和办公软件；
5、优秀的财务分析和组织能力;

6、强有力的领导能力和激励他人的能力;

7、责任心强，作风严谨，工作认真，有较强的人际沟通与协调能力；

8、具有英语读、写、和沟通能力。

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's overall financial and accounting work

implementation, distribution, and supervision;
2. Responsible for regular completion of the accounting statements, the

company’s internal & external management reporting, tax reporting, tax

rebates, verification, auditing and invoice management operations;
3. Responsible for the development of the company financial management

systems and accounting processes, optimize the process of financial

accounting;

4. Make periodic financial analysis and present financial analysis report;
5. Responsible for cash flow management to guarantee a smooth and effective

operation of cash;

6. Inventory accounting, timely and correct carry-over costs, check inventory

management on a regular basis, irregularly organized stocktaking, ensure

that the account match the reality;

7. To review all expenses, daily expense management and cost control;
8. Support internal and external audit and follow up execution of action plan

after auditing;

9. Timely completion of tax reporting and annual audit work;
10. Work with mother company and provide monthly report as per the requirements;

Settle down inter-company payments timely;
11. Establish and maintain good relations with the financial, taxation, banking and

other relevant government departments;

12. Follow up other duties assigned by the company;

Qualifications:

1. University graduate or above major in accounting or finance; Holder of senior accountant certificate

or CPA is preferred;

2. At least 7 years of working experience with solid accounting and financial management skills;

Experience in manufacturing industry or global accounting system is preferable;

3. Familiar with domestic accounting standards and relevant financial, taxation, auditing rules and

regulations, and policies;

4. Skilled application of financial software and office software;

5. Excellent financial, analytical and organizational skills;

6. Strong leadership and capable of motivating others;

7. Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous style, work hard, have good interpersonal communication

and coordination capabilities;

8. Capable of read, write and communicate in English.
