Responsibility
Working on ECR process in plant with Two Harbors and Portland Product teams.
Submitting ECR change to approval from TH and Portland Product teams.
Working with ME team for drawing release and modification.
Working with ME production team to improve MFG quality.
Working with China commercial team very closely for product developments for china market.
Support material team in plant for new product sourcing process.
Managing drawing and designs in local.
Designing new products for future production and get approval from Hydraulics Global Product design team.
Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years experience preferred
Technical background/exposure demonstrated by product familiarity required
Demonstrated verbal communication skills required
Demonstrated business system skills including item and bill of material definition
Proficiency using 3-D Pro/ENGINEER and 2-D AutoCAD computer aided drafting software
Demonstrated experience in the engineering change processes
Demonstrated product development skills including concept development, design, stress analysis, tolerance stack-up, prototyping, testing, manufacturability, and safety assessments
