职位描述：
1.根据客户需求和公司政策，制定并实施采购计划
2.维护与供应商的良好关系
3.与供应商协调，确保所有采购产品按时交货，跟踪所有未执行完的采购订单
4.主动报告产品供应等相关问题
5.在ERP系统里跟踪采购订单状态和发运记录

6.处理供应相关的单证
7.参加每周的运营会议
8.协调库存计划和产品补货
9.领导安排的其他工作
10.工作地点：浙江嘉兴海盐县武原镇城西北路283号

岗位要求：

1.大专或本科学历，商业、物流供应链或机械相关专业
2.1-3年供应链计划经验
3.具备一定的供应链背景知识
4.较强的分析、计划和组织能力
5.具有良好的沟通能力
6. P熟练运用MS-EXCEL等办公软件
7. 英文水平，会基本读写(CET-4)

Job description:
1.Help in planning and execute procurement of products from manufacturers and suppliers,
2.Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with suppliers and the supply chain team,
3.Work with manufacturers and suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on time deliveries,
4.Proactively report product availability issues,
5.Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in ERP system,
6.Coordinate with contract manufacturers and supplier the required international shipping and commercial documents,
7.Participate and contribute to weekly operation meeting,
8.Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of products,
9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor/Manager,
10.Work Location: Haiyan Jiaxing Zhejiang Province

Requirements:
1.College or Degree in Business, Logistic/Supply Chain, Mechanical or related ield,
2.1-3 years Supply Chain Planning experience
3.Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application,
4.Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills,
