RESPONSIBLITIES WITH THE FUNCTION

? Overall responsibility for production, shop floor, machinery and co-workers within production.
? 全面负责生产过程中的生产、车间、机器和员工。
? Responsible to deliver on time form maximum customer satisfaction.
? 负责及时交运取得客户最大满意
? Responsible to lead, develop and follow up the activities within the production by setting up goals according to the demand from the MD and production manager.
? 根据常务董事及生产经理要求建立目标，负责引领、开发和跟进在生产过程中相关措施。
? Responsible to organize the work in the most efficient way and optimize the manpower with the right competence for the right work.
? 用最有效的方式负责组织工作并通过正当的竞争和正当的工作优化人力资源。
? Make sure that Chinese law is followed properly.
? 确保遵守中国的法律。
? Responsible for the safety on the shop floor, develop routines.
? 负责车间的安全，并制定制度。
? Follow routines and instructions regarding KH’s quality and environmental processes.
? 确保遵守有关公司质量和环境的制度和指导。
? Together with MD, Production manager and Finance manager work on salary issues.
? 同常务董事，生产经理和财务经理一起处理工资事宜。
? Practice confidentiality regarding sensitive personal and company information.
? 对于敏感的个人或者公司信息予以保密。
? Responsible for continuous improvements.
? 负责持续改进。
? Responsible for that correct information is reported and that this information is maintained to achieve zero mistakes.
? 负责汇报正确的信息，保持信息正确零错误。
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

? Leadership abilities and proven track record.

? Multiple years of experience with in leadership and experience from metalwork’s and painting processes.
? 多年金属工厂和喷塑领导工作经验
? Experience from setting targets and project management.
? 制定目标和项目管理经验
? Education and/or experience in Lean production.
? 有精益生产的教育和/或经验
? Computer competence in Microsoft Office and a business system (IFS is a big advantage).
? 具备微软办公软件和业务系统（若了解IFS系统更佳）的计算机操作能力。
? Good language skills in English, Spoken, written and read.
? 具备良好的英语说、读、写的能力。
? Technical education from University or similar.
? 具有大学或同等技术专业背景
