Managing the sales process, revenues and customer relations, of one or more large retail accounts in the Asia Pacific region.

The Role角色:
Reporting to the (Regional Managing Director) and liaising closely with the Key Account Director, the KAM will be responsible for managing the day to day client relationships with the Company’s international retail customers, who have local operations extending into the Asia Pacific Region. The KAM will work closely with the clients regional personnel, identifying their specific local needs and tailoring the Company’s products and services to meet the customer’s requirements. In addition to delivering current business opportunities and maximising sales margins the KAM will be responsible for developing new business, through promotion of the Company’s full range of products and services, throughout the designated area.

This is primarily a relationship development role, with the emphasis on building trust and gaining respect across a broad range of influencers and decision makers within our existing customer’s retail operations, within the Asia Pacific region.

The KAM will meet regularly with client representatives across a number of departments and job functions at various levels, both face to face and by use of conference call facilities and will gather information on store development plans and equipment requirements.

The KAM will be responsible for communicating the customer’s requirements to the Company’s support functions, ensuring that service levels are understood and implemented in line with customer expectations.

The KAM will take responsibility for budgetary control of sales within the designated account and region and will provide forecasts, sales and activity reports to the Account Director as required.

In order to communicate effectively with the client, the company’s local production facilities and the head office, the KAM must be fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin? Have sound technical understanding of manufacturing processes and a broad experience of the retail equipment market place.

Key Responsibilities主要职责:
To liaise with the client’s procurement and store development personnel to gather information on forthcoming store openings, provide quotations and obtain orders in good time to ensure delivery lead times can be met.

To ensure local modifications to equipment specifications are understood and communicated back to the business , with cost variations captured to maximise margins
