职位描述：
Requirements:
? Master degree in electronic;
? Good knowledge of design and development processes FOR AUTOMOTIVE Business;
? Native language: Mandarin and Fluent English;
? Min 5 years Background in the field of design and development project management;
? Min 5 years as Previous experience in Automotive Tier1 for electronic design;
? Good computer skills (general purpose and specialized software);
? Excellent communication skills;

 General purpose of the job:
? Manage Design and Development projects’ activities.
? Customers are based in China, MUST be in close relation with the customers’ design centers,
? Build and follow-up P&L of the projects,
? Assure excellent communication level with customers and automotive design center in Europe.
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
? To organize and follow-up all activities required for designing & developing an automotive product;
? To organize and lead the feasibility study of new products;
? Build the design offer;
? To create the rules for each project in accordance with the list of deliverables, Department policy and strategy;
? To make the synthesis in term of activities for all its projects;
? To work closely with the plant at the beginning of the development (process engineer, test engineer, project leader) to assure at the end of the development a good transfer of product in the plant;
? To give an approval of the developed products;
? To respect automotive procedure from D&D Europe (ISOTS – ISO26262 if requested);
? To follow up the Quality and Environmental Policy of the company.
