主要工作职责：

1. 为用户提供技术支持

2. 按照标准程序处理系统相关的日常事件

3. 及时处理和跟踪用户遇到的系统问题或故障

4. 为系统配置提供技术支持

5. 监控系统运行状况，并对系统进行预防性维护活动，以保证系统的正常运行

6. 参与IT项目，IT基础设施。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，计算机或信息系统相关专业

2. 3年以上应用支持经验

3. 良好的英文读写及口语能力

4. 掌握基本的SQL、Java或Net编程技术

5. 具备数据库的管理或开发的能力。

6.良好的沟通技巧、团队合作精神，较强的自我激励和解决问题能力。
