Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicate quality principle.

2. Raise quality profile, enhance quality awareness.

3. Training of global quality policies and standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, Allergen, Mycotoxin etc.)

4. Improve quality competencies of associates (Risk assessment, Sanitation, Statistics quality control etc.)

5. Setting up quality and food safety management system

6. Drive the handling of the process/production nonconformity issue, and set up the corrective and preventive action.

7. Conduct inner audit to ensure quality system effectively implementation

8. Involve with technical risk assessment pro-actively.

Education & Experience:

1. Be familiar with GMP, HACCP and SSOP

2. Good knowledge in Quality Assurance system

3. Good analytical skills and knowledge of statistic

4. Fluent Oral and Written English
