职位描述：
主要的工作内容和职责Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1、根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划。
According to the existing development and business development needs, coordinate and statistics the recruitment needs of various departments, the preparation of the annual recruitment plan.

2、建立完善公司的招聘流程，执行招聘、甄选、面试、录用、安置等相关工作。
Establish and improve the company's recruitment process, the implementation of recruitment, selection, interview, selection, placement and other related work.

3、维护并充分利用各招聘网站以及各猎头公司，通过各招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求并建立人才储备简历库。
To maintain and make full use of the recruitment website as well as the headhunting company, through the recruitment channels to meet the needs of the company's personnel and the establishment of reserve personnel resume Library.

4、跟进新员工融入及转正面谈：Follow up interview new employees into the positive and:
1）、与新员工保持良好沟通，必要时提供援助，使得新员工能快速融入公司；
Keep good communication with new employees, and provide assistance when necessary, so that new employees can quickly integrate into the company;
2）、及时掌握新员工的工作表现，跟进各阶段试用评估，并完成相关的转正考核评估手续。
Grasp the working performance of new employees, follow up each stage of probation evaluation, and complete the relevant positive assessment procedures.

4、管理和优化公司的员工关系管理体系，组织开展员工满意度调查、分析、反馈调查结果。
Management and optimization of the company's employee relationship management system, organize employee satisfaction survey, analysis, feedback survey results.

5、负责员工入职、离职管理，做好离职面谈，分析离职面谈记录和离职数据。
Responsible for employee orientation, exit management, exit interview, analysis of exit interview records and turnover data.
6、员工的异动管理，包括岗位异动、薪资异动的相关工作，手续办理。
Employee turnover management, including job changes, payroll related work, procedures.

7、参与员工技能等级考核实施工作
Responsible for on-line employees skill level assessment and qualification

8、负责人员岗位胜任计划，晋升规划，及时和用人部门保持信息共享，给公司提供持续发展的人力供给。
Responsible for personnel qualified planning, promotion planning, keep information sharing timely with the departments for the emplyees development plans, to provide sustainable development of the manpower supply to the company。

9、负责公司员工劳动合同的更新和面谈。
Responsible for the company employee labor contract updates and interviews.

10、对人事基础模块工作的监督和负责。
Supervise and take charge of the work of personnel basic module.

11、领导交办的其它工作。
