岗位特征：
销售经理负责所有销售运营活动的规划和执行,包括通过对市场的分析和预测，实现总利润、销量、客户满意度等目标，达成保时捷中国及保时捷中心的业务目标。销售经理指导和领导销售团队，从而提高销售团队所有成员的专业能力及监督团队成员的个人绩效目标完成情况，及时给予改进建议及指导，并确保销售顾问完成所有必要培训充分了解产品信息。销售经理带领销售团队最大限度发掘当地市场销售潜力并提高盈利能力,确保与保时捷中国及保时捷中心的愿景及价值观相一致。销售经理同时负责与销售所有其他相关事务。在与客户接触时担当保时捷品牌的形象大使，以符合保时捷品牌要求的服务意识与客户进行良好的协商及沟通，从而提高客户的满意度。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：
1. 依据保时捷中国及保时捷中心的年度商业目标，制定年度销售战略、绩效目标及销售工作计划
2. 依据年度、季度、月度销售工作计划，向保时捷中国提交销售需求预测及各项数据报告
3. 充分发掘市场销售潜力
4. 制定和改进销售部门内部管理制度、业务流程等相关规定，监督、落实销售流程和销售管理的标准化
5. 依据销售部门分解的绩效目标，跟踪、及时调整、考核绩效，建立激励机制，确保各销售团队达成绩效考核
6. 依据销售部门年度目标制定年度销售部门人员规划
7. 培养销售团队
8. 建立、加强并维护与保时捷中心其他部门的持续协作关系

 
Position Characteristics:
The Sales Manager is responsible for planning and executing all sales activities, including analysing and projecting the market status, fulfilling the total profit, sales volume, customer satisfaction and other targets, achieving the business objectives of Porsche China and Porsche Centres. The Sales Manager guides and leads the Sales team to improve the professionalism of all the Sales team members and to monitor the completion of team members' individual performance targets. She also offers timely suggestions and guidance on improvement, and ensures that the Sales Consultants finish all training and fully understand product information. Together with the Sales team, the Sales Manager explores to the uttermost the sales potential of the local market and improves the profitability, and ensures that the Sales team has the same vision and values as Porsche China and Porsche Centres. The Sales Manager shall also be responsible for other affairs related to the Sales business. While dealing with customers, the Sales Manager shall serve as the Porsche Brand Ambassador, properly consult and communicate with customers in line with the Porsche requirements, and hence improve customer satisfaction.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Develop annual Sales strategy, performance targets and sales work plan in accordance with the annual Business Plan of Porsche Centre
2. Submit sales needs projection and data reports to Porsche China according to the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans
3. Fully explore the market sales potential
4. Develop and improve internal management system, business processes and other regulations within the Sales Department; monitor and execute the standardisation of sales process and sales management
5. Follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the performance according to the performance target breakdown of the Sales Department; establish an incentive mechanism and ensure that the Sales team achieves the performance targets
6. Generate the annual workforce plans for Sales Department in line with the annual objectives
7. Develop the Sales team
8. Build up, reinforce and maintain sustainable collaborative relationships with the other departments of the Porsche Centre


任职资格：
教育背景：须具备大专学历，具有相关专业本科学历者优先
 
行业背景：
至少5年汽车零售行业或豪华车销售工作经验，三年以上汽车零售行业销售团队管理经验，如有跨国汽车零售行业相同工作经验者优先
 
其他任职要求：
?候选人需掌握微软Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外
?热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；
?能够理解并发扬保时捷的品牌理念、形象和特点，有领导能力及应变能力，有较强的观察能力及服务意识并善于为客户着想

Education:College degree required, university degree with related major preferred
 
Industry background：
?At least 5 years' working experience in automotive retail or luxury car sales enterprises, and more than 3 years' management experience in the automotive retail industry. ?Candidates with international automotive retail experience are preferred.
 
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Understand and advocate the value, image and features of Porsche brand;
