职位描述：

Job Description

l 1. Accountable for site compliance to Power solution QMS and ISO/TS16949 standards. Drive continual improvement on site Quality Mindset and Competence of TS core tools.

l 2. Report and monitor 7 metrics of Quality KPIs, which include PPM, claim responsiveness, claim occurrence and Cost of poor quality. Drive BU operation, engineering and relevant functional areas to define and execute continual improvement plan in order to consistently achieve the target.

l 3. Plan and execute ISO/TS16949 internal and external audits, various audits (product audits, layered process audits, customer audit etc...) with BU operation, to ensure all findings are addressed appropriately and timely closed.

l 4. Lead Quality engineers work with operation team, engineering and relevant functional areas to follow 8D process for problem solving regaridng to both customer claim (CAR) and Supplier claim (SIR/QN).

l 5. Focus on key customers Quality performance and significant Quality issue, timely communicate to Management team and global Quality leaders.

l 6. Ensure PPAP process is utilized internally for change control and externally for supplier PPAP approval, be responsible for reviewing and approving PPAP documents.

l 7. Coordinate with Global Quality to ensure global standards and quality strategies are implemented, and global quality initiatives are locally deployed in a timely manner.

l 8. Responsible for incoming goods inspection and process Frist Article inspection to ensure the ODT and measurement accuracy, also to manage plant level gauge calibration and MSA initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

l 1. Bachelor degree or above, hydraulic or mechanical background is preferred l 2. Experience in a ISO/TS16949 driven manufacturing environment l 3. More than 10 years quality related working experience, with 3 years + site Quality leader experience l 4. English as a working business language for international communication l 5. Priority should be on QMS knowledge, Leadership, Communication and effectiveness skills.

静液压部门负责设计，生产和销售闭式回路轴塞液压传动装置。
2.工作装置
工作装置部门负责设计，生产和销售传动泵，断路明活塞和液压转动装置。
3.控制部门
控制部门负责部门设计，生产和销售电-液阀，电子控制器，直电流和交电流马达。
4.全球服务
