职位描述：
1 建立、组织并参与外部供货商的质量考核体系，监督提高供应商的产品质量和供应能力
Build up, organize and participate in supplier quality management system, monitor and improve quality of incoming goods as well as supplier’s capacity
2 编制修改公司内部质量管理流程，组织公司内外部相关人员进行质量体系以及管理流程的培训
Edit and modify the internal quality management procedure, and organize trainings of quality system and management procedure to the relevant people internally and externally
3 负责外购件，公司内部生产各环节的质量检验流程，确保产品交付质量
Be responsible for the quality inspection procedure of incoming goods and internal manufacturing process to ensure delivery quality
4 管理客户质量投诉，包括受理投诉，控制流程，出具改进方案报告
Manage customer complaints including logging complaints, controlling further processing and closing corrective action reports
5 建立并维护质量管理体系，以完全符合ISO质量管理体系要求
Build up, maintain quality management system toward compliance to the requirements of ISO system
6 根据客户对船级社认证要求，建立供应商与公司内部的相应生产管理体系，确保公司的生产运行及产品质量完全符合其要求
Per customer’s requirements on classification society, build up relevant quality management system for company and suppliers to ensure the compliance of operation and products
7 领导质量团队日常工作，提升团队人员的工作胜任能力
Lead the daily work of quality team, and enhance the competence of the team

 职位要求
本科及以上学历/工程，机械或相关类
Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent
10年以上相关质量工作经历
At least 10 years working experience in Manufacturing Companies in Quality positions.
对质量计划及持续改善有丰富经验和专长
Strong abilities and rich experience of quality planning and continuous improvement
熟悉相关质量工具并具有多年应用经验
Knowledge and years hands-on experience of quality tools.
具有优秀的人员和项目管理技能以及出色的问题解决技能
Good people skills, project management skills, and critical problem solving skills
具备丰富的ISO9001体系知识及经验？
Excellent Quality system ISO9001 knowledge and experience
熟知船级社认证体系及对相应产品的要求
Familiar with the quality certification system of classification society as well as the requirements on the relevant products
优秀的中英文沟通能力？
