Responsibilities:

1) Completing and building foaming tools;
2) Set up foaming machines, produce sample parts;
3) Self-reliant install foaming tools and equipment on customer site;
4) Build milling and scoring cells and fixtures;
5) Build mould carriers;
6) All other mechanical and partially electrical jobs if assigned by supervisor;

工作职责：

1) 安装调整反应发泡模具；

2) 安装组建模具反应发泡机，并设置参数生产样品；

3) 能够在客户现场独立安装发泡模具和设备；

4) 能够制造组装切割单元，弱化单元，切割胎具和弱化胎具并安装夹具；

5) 组装模架；

6) 其它上级安排的机械或部分电工方面的工作；

Requirements:

1) Min 5 years in foaming tools for automotive interior industry and Polyurethane foaming technology;
2) Graduate with engineering in mechanics;
3) Knowledge in Automotive production plants, foaming and trim tooling technology, Polyurethane foaming technology;
4) Knowing area in Hydraulics, Pneumatics; Electrics;
5) Good behavior;
6) Customer oriented appearance;
7) Self-dependent and target oriented working;
8) Fluent in English (oral and written);

2) 机械工程相关专业背景；
3) 熟悉汽车生产企业，发泡模具修整技术，聚氨酯发泡技术；
