工作职责:
- 根据工艺需求完成DCS及其他系统的编程
- 结合现有系统和生产需求，编写解决方案
- 及时完成控制系统的软硬件故障排除，保障系统正常运行
- 保持程序及时更新, 不断优化系统，改善系统结构，提高系统可靠性和易用性
- 落实系统备份和更新补丁使之符合嘉吉内控要求
- 工厂内部IT系统管理
- 完成其他指定的工作
岗位要求:
- 本科以上学历，工业自动化专业
- 较强的逻辑思考，分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致；
- 熟悉程序控制，联锁。了解PLC、变频器、伺服设备、各种传感器的运行和工作原理
- 对于网络，数据库，系统硬件有一定的了解
- 具备将需求转换成可以落实的行动方案的能力
- 良好的英语读写能力，并能进行基本的口语交流
- 愿意接受挑战，具备良好的团队合作意识，勤奋好学
