职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Development of the packaging supply base to exceed the goals and objectives for the IMI Group
2.Execution of commodity strategy for supplier consolidation, development and management
3.Engage in contract negotiation with supplier base
4.Drive on payment term improvement and delivery term improvement
5.Engage in Lead-time management in ensuring OTD
6.Execution in price benchmarking/cost modeling to drive best in class pricing
7.Execution on cost management projects throughout the product life cycle that includes but not limited to Quarterly Price Negotiations, PPV or spot CR opportunity initiative and replacements
8.Engage in local supplier sourcing strategy execution
9.Provide sourcing quotations locally/worldwide
10.Ensure supplier performance by playing a key role in the negotiation of the supplier/purchaser relationship
11.Change management, drive the required organizational and supply chain changes needed to meet IMI’s growth plans and leverage the supply base and resources worldwide.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.With more than 3 years’ experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Commodity management, experience in EMS Company will be preferred
3.With SAP or other leading ERP experience is an advantage
4.Know how to manage supplier by KPI
5.Fluent in English and Mandarin
