职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Performance
1.资金付款和承兑汇票的安排和账务处理准确无误.
Manage the cash \ cash in bank and note receivable payment and booked in ERP system in a timely and accurate
2.外汇支付和外汇核销，外汇管理局平台的准确及时操作.
Manage the foreign exchange payment / verification and updated the date in SAFE system in a timely and accurate
3.协助财务主管完成相应的公司财务报表（HB1/HB2），确保符合相应准则
Assistant finance supervisor prepare the regular HQ financial reporting package（HB1/HB2） in line with guidelines and policies
4.内审和外审现金及银行存款相关资料准备.
Prepare cash and bank related documents for Internal and external audit
5.政府统计报表申报
Prepare government statistic report.
6.分担部分行政管理工作
Parts of responsibilities for admin
7.其他领导交办的任务
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求 Job Requirements
1、会计资格从业证书 Hold Accounting certificated
2、熟悉电脑办公室软件 Good skill on Microsoft office software;
3、良好的英语口语及书面表达能力Good command of written and oral English;
4、良好的团队合作意识 team work spirit
5、工作细心及责任心强work very careful and responsible
6、2年以上外企工作经验，制造行业*** Above 2 years cashier working experience in foreign company, manufacturing preferred 举报 分享
