职位描述：
Mission:
Control materials for IMM, promise the material can arrive as assembly schedule.
Responsibilities:
? FAUF connection of D parts, Call-off of parts which are ready to order, Call-off of KM-internal assemblies and parts and assurance of on-time delivery according to assembly schedule and formulation;
? Regular check of the filling of C parts, Processing of special parts;
? Detail with the problem materials when assembly, like quality issue, shortage issue;
? Documentation of the missing part situation per order in the missing part database;
? Documentation of the delivery performance of internal and external suppliers;
? Jointly with the Logistics department, adjustment and control of the exhaustion of modified parts as well as introduction of new parts according to schedule and consumption;
? Jointly with the Logistics department, continuously check the days of supply of all parts and, where necessary, introduce changes of quantities in the restocking system or via the logistics controller
? Receiving material deliveries (parts with master agreements)
 (simplified goods receipt), check for completeness and correctness, and book
? Consistently perform material booking to cost unit
 (if still manually necessary):
? Initiation and preparation of segregation (scrapping), as well as performance according to design approval;
? Print/create assembly planning documents (turnover list, exhaustion lists, etc.) and distribute in the respective sectors, Create call-off cards and replace, where necessary
? Plan, provide, identify and set up arrangements for providing material (transport containers, layout of delivery arrival area in collaboration with sector employees);
Requirements:
-At least 3 years working experience in production plan and PMC management
-Knowledge in logistics and PC as power point, Excel, Word and etc.
-Good both written and oral English, at least CET 4
-Familiar with SAP MM model and Machinery working background is needed.
-Experience with Kanban CIP Kaizen
