for the Project Gollnest & Kiesel GmbH ( JIAXING NEW SPOT TOYS CO.,LTD)

Your tasks and responsibilities：

?Development of cost accounting procedures

?Liaison officer to the chartered accountants , local tax authorities, legal advisors and the finance department of the head office in Germany

?Assuring of timely and accurate reporting to Shareholders in CAS and HGB

?Developing of production related counting procedures to determine the work-in-progress value

?Leading the staff responsible for the counting on the work floor

?Optimizing the process of processing data from the ERP into the financial system. Monthly reconciliation between the two systems

?Determining bookkeeping standards within the company and the group

?Prospect to be charged with the responsibility as Head of Finance

Professional training:

?Bachelor / Master of Business Administration with focus on controlling and/or accountancy

?Training in China and/ or Europe (Germany preferable)

?Production controlling focus preferable

Professional experiences / skills:

?Practical experiences in production sites would be ideal but not prerequisite
?Familiar with ERP-Systems (in general)
?Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Software, in particular Excel

Soft Skills:
?Team player

?Hands-on mentality

?Very good communicative skills

?Native Chinese speaker

?Fluent German or English

?Assertiveness

德中工商技术咨询服务（太仓）有限公司杭州分公司即原来的德国石荷州经济促进中心杭州办事处。德国石荷州经济技术促进中心是一家官方机构，其股东是州工商会以及州内大学。其杭州办事处的主要工作是为所有的石荷州企业对华经贸及中国企业对德经贸提供免费的信息咨询服务。
石荷州和浙江省1986年建立友好省州关系，经过20年的发展，两省州之间经济、贸易、教育和科研之间的合作不断加深。1996年德国石荷州经济技术促进中心在杭州成立了代表处，主要为德国石荷州企业对华经贸以及中国企业和石荷州企业之间的交流合作提供免费的信息咨询服务。1999年德国石荷州经济技术促进中心杭州办事处开始为石荷州企业提供联合代表处服务，为那些有志于开拓中国市场的企业提供中国市场联络服务，目前共有超过30家德国石荷州企业参加了联合代表处，行业覆盖新能源、环保、造船、医疗设备、通讯电子、贸易等行业。德国石荷州经济技术促进中心杭州办事处为他们提供技术转让、与中方企业合资合作以及在中国市场采购等服务。
2005年开始，德国石荷州经济技术促进中心杭州办事处致力于发展成德国石荷州商务中心，帮助石荷州的企业自行招聘员工开拓市场，目前已有8家石荷州的企业招聘了自己的员工，加入了杭州的石荷州商务中心。32家企业参加了联合代表处。
