主持班前例会，根据生产计划安排生产，明确生产目标及质量要求；
监督检查标准作业、安全.5S、规定遵守等工作，及时纠正不符合项；
对设备及加工参数进行巡检(每班1次),每小时确认生产进度和品质状况；
调查生产设备异常停止及品质异常的原因，做好过程控制，对不良品进行控制；
参与处理生产异常,恢复生产并做好相关记录,确保按时保质完成生产任务；
负责本班的原材料及非原材料的领取消耗管理；
针对生产中发现的各类问题提出合理化的建议；
负责本班人员调达并协调与其它部门的关系；
对部下或新进员工等教育，培训；
及时与上级沟通，汇报生产情况；
主持班后的会议，总结当日生产任务的完成情况及品质情况；
对本班工具.5S用品的管理.
完成上级交付的其他任务；

Jiaxing Fersa company, located in Xiuzhou Industrial Park, Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, is a Spanish-owned company. After two years’ full investigation and exploration, it was officially established by the parent company A&S Fersa in April,2011. In the past one year, with the joint efforts of the Employees at Fersa, we have passed the ISO9001：2008、ISO 14001：2004、 TS16949：2009、OHSAS18001:2007 certification as well as the final customers’ audits. Our mission is to be a global, flexible and excellent company in the design, manufacturing and sales of high performance bearings, that will exceed our customer's expectations and thus, be a viable alternative to other global bearing manufacturers.

The origin of the company dates back to 1968, with the merger of two family-run companies of the sector from Zaragoza, Spain in the 1950s.
福赛公司的前身可以追溯到1968年，是由两家在西班牙萨拉戈萨地区具有家族关系的企业合并而成。

Thus, back in 1997, it was possible to obtain the ISO 9001 quality certification with a view to working towards permanent high levels of quality and the continuous training of the workforce. This ambition would later be illustrated by the award of Aragon’s Business Excellence Prize (1998) for the implementation of the EFQM evaluation system, admission to the 400 Club (1999) and the achievement of the ISO 14001 certification (2002), the Exportation Award (2003) and the ISO/TS 16949 (2004), among others.
因此，早在1977年，为了获得ISO9001质量体系的认证，我们一直努力追求产品的高质量和员工的持续培训。这种远大的抱负终于在之后所获的由EFQM评估系统颁发的ARAGON商业杰出奖， ISO14001质量认证证书（2002）， 最佳出口表现奖（2003），以及 ISO/TS 16949(2004)等等荣誉中得以体现。

Fersa today, exports over 95% of its turnover to more than 60 courtiers. The new state of the art facility in Plaza Zaragoza, Spain built in 2004, not only includes high-tech European made production machines but also encompasses the R&D, testing labs and global logistics center.
