岗位概况：

根据业务计划制订生产计划，协调人员、物料及设备等方面确保产品和配件及时交付。

岗位职责：
1.协助部门主管，主持计划部日常管理工作；
2.负责根据产品的销售计划（或出货计划）编制生产计划；
3. 根据业务订单进行选项确定及备品、备件提供；
4.负责协调和跟进生产进度状况，保证均衡按计划生产；
5.根据实际进度与产品需求计划的变更情况，负责对生产作业计划进行及时调整；
6. 受理业务的订单任务，及时安排订单生产，保证订单及时交货；
7.及时安排和调度紧急订单，协调人员、物料、设备等各方面，保证按时完成紧急订单任务；
8.负责原材料、半成品、成品等库存控制和消化；
9.负责零部件及整机机床的系统出库；
10. 负责ECN的跟踪处理和工程BOM准确性反馈；
11.上级主管安排的其它任务；
任职资格：
1.物流管理或机械类等专业，本科学历。
2.至少8年以上计划管理经验，有机械制造相关经验优先。
3.良好的团队合作精神，愿意承担较大工作压力。
4.思路清晰，较强组织和协调能力，善于表达和沟通。
5.熟练掌握Office软件，ERP系统，熟悉JDE系统优先。
6.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Position Profiles：
Organize and coordinate People,material, equipment etc to make the productions and parts delivery ontime base on the business plan.
Responsibities：
1. Assist Planning manager to lead department daily management.
2. Managing customer orders, schedule the produced plan, ensure close the orders on time.
3.Workout production plan, according to the sale plan or delivery plan.
4. Machine options select, Parts provided base on the customer orders.
5. Coordinate and follow up the production manufacting process, ensure production finished on time base on plan.
6. Adjust and improve the production plan according to the assemble status or customer needs updated.
7. Schedule the emergent customer orders, coordinate each functions, ensure complete the emergent order on time.
8.Control inventory of raw material, semi-manufactured goods,and final productions.
9.Update the data ontime in JDE system about machines and parts delivered.
10. Responsible for ECN following up and Engineering BOM accuracy feedback.
11.Other temporory tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree or above, which major in Logistics or mechanical engineering field.
2. Min 8 years of Planning management experience， and more than 3 years’experience as Planning manager.
3.Teamwork oriented, and willing to endure high pressure.
4.Good at communication, ability of organized and coordinated.
5.Skilled on Office software, ERP system, and with JDEsystem will be prefer.
6.Good English skills in oral, listening, reading and writing practice.
