JD:

1.Develop the quality strategy and improvement target of factory for short term and long term, initiate the actual improving plan against the target, track the implement status to ensure the achievement of target.

2.Initiate the improvement target and plan for quality function and team upon company target/vision,focus on the growth of quality team and provide necessary supporting.

3. Facilitate the multi cross function teams to deploy the culture of continuous improvements in quality management,covered from customer,NPI,production to vendor.

4. Work with UK team and market/sales team, NPI team to collect customer voice, manage the quality milestone in NPI stage, handle customer complain.

5.Lead internal quality team to collect quality data, find the improvement chance with statistics tools, guide on how to do problem-solving with logical approach.

6. Work with function team on quality improvement of vendors.

7. Others necessary works.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above, Mechanical and/or Electronic major.

2. At least 5 years experience in qualiy control in multi-international company,familiar with common quality management, control tools, know well the production process of stamping, molding, plating and assembly.

3. At least 3 years experience as quality supervior of manager in multi-international company,familiar with PPAP,APQP,SPC,MSA,FMEA and other applicable tools.

4. Strong leadership skills and good communication skills and solving-problem ability.

5. Good level of English in writing,listening,speaking.

嘉兴工厂占地总面积60亩，地处秀洲工业园区，距离市中心仅10分钟左右车程，交通方便、安全，环境优美。
