岗位职责：

1、专业从事叉车、搬运车、堆高车、平台车等的设计和研发；

2、叉车、搬运车、堆高车等的核心部件设计 ；

3、整车外观整合的研发设计工作；

4、负责指导制定、审核公司技术管理制度和技术规程标准；

5、负责公司新技术引进和产品开发工作的计划、实施，确保技术的超前性、竞争性；

6、负责组织编制公司技术开发计划和公司技术发展长远规划；

7、负责指导、处理、协调和解决公司项目中出现的技术问题；

8、保证项目的正常进行，确保公司项目计划按时完成；

9、负责对技术方案的评审工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，工程机械或液压相关专业；

2、掌握叉车设计的前沿技术和发展方向；

3、具备项目管理及机械专业领域的知识与经验；

4、能熟练应用CAD、PROE、SOLIDWORKS、CATIA等制图软件

5、对叉车等能独立进行机构设计；

6、需有5年以上叉车生产企业设计、研发等相关工作经验或者有5年以上大型外资企业（机械或相关叉车行业）工作经验。<BR></DIV>
