Job description（岗位职责）
1. Purpose of the job：plans, organizes, and directs technical work involving new and existing product designs and product development.
工作目的：计划，组织和指导涉及新的和现有产品设计和产品开发的技术工作。
2. Translates product requirements into manufactural product designs through product development activities.
通过产品开发活动将产品需求转化为制造产品涉及。
3. Develops product design in support of program objectives.
开发产品设计以支持计划项目。
4. Documents all responsibilities and/or activities in order to maintain accurate records of project accountabilities.
记录所有责任和活动，以保持项目责任的准确记录。
5. Leads design activities for strategically complex project.
引导策略性复杂项目的设计活动。
6. Monitors and controls objectives, costs, and timetables.
监控和控制目标，成本和时间表。
7. Plans, organizes, and directs technical work.
计划，组织和指导技术工作。
8. Program/project management.
计划/项目管理。
9. Participates as a member of the co-smart team.
作为co-smart团队的成员参加。
10. Perfoms other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.

Job requirement（岗位要求）：
1. Bachelor of engineering general or equivalent required.
本科以上学历机械工程相关专业。
2. Above 4 years of engineering experience required in automotive industry.
4年以上汽车行业工作经验或者塑料模具设计经验。
3. Extensive understanding of CATIA, spreadsheets, and word processing.
必须会使用CATIA设计软件。
4. Master or mechanical engineering skills.
工组中必须实际运用过GD&T和DFMEA。
5. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally required as needed.
能够根据需要在国内和国际上出差。
6. Generates and champions new ideas and initiatives.
产生并倡导新的想法和倡议。
7. Understands and practices the process of fact based problem solving and the tools （4M’S, Y Tree, is/is not, 5whys）associated with that process.
承受和实践基于事实的问题解决过程和与该过程相关的工具（M’S, Y Tree, is/is not, 5whys）。
8. Ability to build customer relationships.
能够建立客户关系。
9. Ability of project management.
