职位描述：
Specific Accountable Essential to Acceptable Job Performance 具体职责

1 严格遵循装配作业指导书，物料清单和图纸完成过滤设备装配作业
Pre-assemble & after-assemble filter products by strictly following working instruction, BOM and drawings
2 严格遵循测试作业指导书，订单信息和图纸完成过滤设备压力测试作业
Operating test bench for filter products pressure testing by strictly following working instruction, order information and drawings
3 执行公司有关产品的质量规定，保证过滤设备的装配质量符合产品质量要求
Follow quality procedure to make sure assembled products meet quality requirements
4 根据装配流程和工艺要求规定，仔细记录各类装配工艺及质量数据
Record assembly & quality data preciously based on assembly procedure and requirements
5 根据公司要求，对相关设备做好日常维护工作
Responsible for the maintenance of assembly equipments according to relevant requirements
6 严格遵守并执行职业安全相关规章制度
Compliance with and observance of the currently valid guidelines on occupational safety
7 积极参与培训，不断学习、提高职业技能水平
Cautiously improve relevant skills by participating trainings and self-learnings
8 保持工作场所的干净与整洁
Compliance with orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace
9 完成公司交代的其它工作
Other tasks assigned by company

Competencies & Skills 职位技能要求

1 能够看懂理解装配图、作业指导书及相关生产技术信息
Can read assembly drawing, working instruction and other production information
2 能够使用游标卡尺，千分尺，塞尺和扭力扳手等工具
Can operate caliber, gauge feeder and dial gauge meter
3 能够操作压力测试平台等工艺生产设备
Can operate test bench & other production equipments
4 具有主人翁般的工作精神，特别是在质量，安全，成本和效率上
Perform like owner’s working attitude in quality, safety, cost and efficiency
5 具有良好的沟通技巧
Good communication skill
6 英语流利或德语流利者优先？
Fluent English or German is a plus

Education Level/Experience & Specific Job Requirements教育程度/工作经历及工作特殊要求

1 大专及以上学历，机械专业
College degree or above in mechanical engineering
2 具有两年以上装配相关工作经验
