Your role: / 您的角色:
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the acquisition of projects within China. The successful candidate will have very strong communication and networking skills. Extensive travel (60% of the time) is expected. The sales process in this function requires building customer relationships over a long period of time. You will have support from and report to the General Manager ane Managing Director.
You are preferably located and work from the Zhejiang / Shanghai area.
This is a responsability position with good growth potential.

Your responsibilities: / 您的职责:
* Help to develop and implement business development and strategic sales plans to accomplish goals.
/ 参与制定和实施公司业务发展和战略销售计划,并实现目标。
* Support and drive new business growth in targeted market sectors and territories.
/ 支持和推动有针对性的市场领域和地区的新业务增长。
* Lead the definition and application of the marketing strategy within China, in collaboration with other Business Development manager in the group.
/ 制定中国市场营销的定义和应用策略,与集团内部其他子公司开展业务发展和合作。
* Promote and sell Plasticon’s projects and services to current and potential customers.
/ 向现有和潜在的客户推广和销售公司的产品及服务。
* Follow-up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
/ 跟进新的项目进展和反馈现场动态。
* Deliver sales presentations to current and potential costumers.
/ 为现有的和潜在的客户做销售演示。
* Provide all required information for projects to be quoted.
/ 提供报价项目所需的所有必需的客户信息。
* Follow-up on quotations, generate sales report on a regular basis.
/ 跟进报价,定期生成销售报告。
* Identify and resolve customer concerns.
/ 诊断和解决客户的问题。
* Participate in trade shows.
/ 组织参展等活动。

Ideal profile: / 岗位要求:
* You have at least 5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in the chemical, pharmaceutical or power industry.

* You have an existing network within the chemical market in China.

* You have sales experience of machinery or capital goods.

* Your communication skills are excellent.

* You are strong in contract negotiation and contract closing.
