1. Be responsible for Quality System’s setup, implementation and certification
负责建立, 实施, 认证质量体系
--- Set up and maintain ISO9000/TS16949
--- Prepare for the second and third party audit to keep successful
--- Train the related employee in quality management field
2. Be responsible for Quality Systems’ internal & external audit and continuous improvement
负责质量体系的内审和外审, 持续改进.
3. Be responsible for supervising quality policy and objectives
负责监督质量方针和目标
--- Set up quality target and review periodic
--- Quickly response for PRR and other Customer Complaint
--- Responsible for track all action plan
4. In charge of quality department management
负责质量部门的管理.
--- Management/employee relationships
--- Hire, discipline, evaluate performance and authorize overtime for subordinate
--- Provide training and cross training for staff and develop subordinate
--- Insure the Quality department effectively serve the needs of all customer.
--- Cross function with other internal departments and external sources
5. Control company product quality Deal with Quality complaints & Issues from customers

--- Ensure Problem Solving has been implementing.
--- Ensure procedure for corrective action and preventive action implemented.
--- Coordinate response to customer concerns.
6. Follow up quality performance
跟踪本公司质量成绩
7. Be responsible for supplier management system setup, implementation and certification.
负责供应商管理体系的建立, 实施和确认.
--- Implement Supplier Performance Development Process
--- Ensure new supplier audit and new material qualification
--- Coordinate response to treat with raw material quality issue

Know-How Requirements
职位要求

1．Hold bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related engineering.
本科学历，机械或工程类专业背景。
2．Familiar with ISO9000 & TS16949, ISO14000, VDA 6.3 system requirement
熟悉ISO9000及TS16949，ISO14000, VDA 6.3 体系要求.
3. Familiar with Quality Management tools, such as APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA, 8D, CP, FMEA, etc.
熟悉 质量管理工具(如APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, CP, FMEA等）
4. More than 5 years experience in quality control of automotive or electronics industry, and minimum 3 years experience on quality management position
对于汽车或电子工业的质量控制, 至少有5年相关工作经验。并至少有3年的经验处于质量管理职位.
5. Familiar with General Motor Automotive quality requirement is prefer
熟悉通用汽车的质量要求，优先
6. Has 6 sigma knowledge and Continuous improvement project experience
了解6sigma，并有进行持续改进项目的经验
7. Familiar with MS-OFFICE
能熟练运用办公自动化软件
8. Fluency in oral and written English
流利的外语口语和读写能力
9. Good communication and team work
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
