    威伯科汽车控制系统（中国）有限公司是由威伯科集团于2004年8月在中国青岛注册并投资1600万美元成立的亚太区独资的制造基地，位于青岛经济技术开发区渭河路917号，其占地面积88亩，建筑面积18000平方米。威伯科汽车控制系统（中国）有限公司生产和销售所有威伯科汽车控制系统的所需产品，主要包括空气处理系统、卡车和客车的制动系统、传动控制系统、电子控制系统、制动器和制动室、挂车控制系统、商用车空气悬挂和轿车系统。

威伯科汽车控制系统（中国）有限公司济南分公司是威伯科在济南的独资制造基地，位于济南高新区重汽工业园，占地面积44694 平方米，工厂房屋建筑面积11970.4m2，2010年1月正式投产。主要产品有空压机、离合器助力缸、离合器主缸、自动变速系统等。
