职位描述：
建立、发展及维护与医务人员、学术专家及重要外部客户的学术关系，以促进双方在专业医学领域的沟通交流；
提供支持以促进前沿科学、医学及临床相关信息在医务人员中的推广；
参与学术会议，并就相关专业学术话题开展公开演讲或主持讨论；
通过与学术专家的沟通确定区域中在学术及临床研究方面的需求；
通过与医学事务部、医学顾问、市场部及区域医学事务总监的充分沟通，以跟进本地IISP项目的进展；
主动或基于内部需求设计并提供针对销售团队及其他部门的学术培训；

职位要求：
临床医学、临床药学或相关专业本科以上学历；
从事与专业领域相关工作；
有效的人际沟通交往能力；
自我激励、具有高度责任感及工作热情；
以客户为导向，注重团队协作并具有跨部门合作的能力；
CET-4或CET-6，具有一定的英语听说读写能力。


Job Descriptions:

Identify, develop and nurture relationship with healthcare professionals (HCP), scientific leader (SL) and key external customer to engage in medical and scientific dialogue;
Support the development of scientific and medical knowledge that will contribute to further disseminate science, medical and clinical knowledge to HCP;
Deliver lectures and conduct medical and scientific session during academic events;
Identify regional and local unmet medical/scientific needs and/or clinical studies opportunities through discussions with SLs;
Communicate and follow-up adequately with Medical Affairs, Medical Advisors, Marketing and RDMA regarding local and IISP studies;
Identify and provide tailored trainings to Sales Force and internal MSD personnel in a proactive way or upon request;

Job Qualifications:

Degree holder in science, medicine or medicine pharmacy; Doctorate (PhD) or Master degree is desired;
Solid medical and scientific background with prior significant practice experience in degree area;
Interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills;
Self motivation, commitment and passion;
Customer focus, team collaboration and capability to work across functions;
Appropriate level of English (writing and speaking).
