2、管理销售团队，制定阶段性目标，并带领团队完成销售业务。
3、负责开拓济南市场，了解市场情况，收集市场信息，并制定有效的市场战略。
4、建立和加强销售过程管理，以实现最大效能和高签约率。
任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，年龄24-32岁。
2、拥有与应聘岗位相关的工作经验优先。
