Responsibilities职责：

Responsible for CNC machine set up, solving CNC machining problem and optimizing CNC program.

负责数控设备调试优化，解决生产中实际遇到的问题。

Work with IE department developing new products in CNC machining line.

和工业工程一起参与新产品加工的调试打样。

Optimizing CNC machine to increase life time of tools for cost reduction.

优化提高工具的使用寿命从而降低成本。

Work closely with logistic, purchasing, quality, industrial engineering and other support functions to improve the process flow and overcome manufacturing bottlenecks.

与物流、采购、质量、工业工程等支持部门一起紧密合作改进工作流程克服瓶颈工序。

Coordination under the support of industrial engineer to ensure the new product line or machine ram-up smoothly.

在工艺工程师的指导下协调新产线或新设备顺利开动。

Check and improve the preparation of machine, tools, process, and fixtures before project SOP.

在项目量产前，检查和改进工艺准备情况，包括设备、刀具、流程和工装。

Statistic failures and production problems and initiate purpose-leading activities.

统计各种故障以及生产中出现的问题，并采取相应的措施。

Continuously optimize the production and process flow, investigation of cycle time and carry out time study in cooperation with industrial engineering and ZPS team.

和工业工程以及ZPS团队合作持续优化生产和工序流程，研究生产节拍，实施时间测量。

Take part in the build-up and update of working and in-process testing instruction to secure qualified production.

参与建立和更新工作指导书和在线测量指导书以确保有效的生产。

Assist manager to train, instruct, and evaluate production workers.

协助经理培训、指导并评价生产员工。

Responsible documentate lesson&learned , know how transfer.

负责生产技术的归档和知识的传承。

Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualification Required任职资格要求：

Min. Technical College，engineering related major.

大专以上学历，机械相关专业。

More than 5 years experience related CNC machine , deep knowledge in CNC machine set up , adjustment and work piece programming，especial familiar with SIMENS CNC system.

5年以上数控设备经验，对数控调试调整优化和编程方面有很深的造诣,特别对到西门子数据系统。

Reading and understanding of technical drawings

读懂并理解技术图纸。

Read and speak English is a plus.

最好可用英文进行交流。

Good knowledge in Microsoft office products and SAP-system

熟练掌握微软办公软件和SAP系统。
