Responsibilities职责：

Potential supplier audit per ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.3; analyze results and develop the action plan; do the close follow up.

依据ISO/TS16949和VDA 6.3对潜在供应商审核；分析审核结果并制定整改措施；跟踪整改结果。

Supplier development & quality control.

供应商开发和质量控制。

-Supplier APQP development and tracking.

供应商APQP 的开发和跟踪。

-Clearly understand requirements on the drawing, particularly all key product characteristics (KPC).

清楚理解图纸要求和产品特殊特性。

-Clearly understand the key characteristics control methods of supplier.

清楚理解供应商控制特殊特性的方法。

-Sample submitting with related documents, such as material, function and dimension check report.

样件和相关文件的提交，例如材料，功能和尺寸检测报告。

-Supplier PPAP document developing per PPAP manual.

根据PPAP 手册开发供应商PPAP文件。

Supplier PPAP review and on side audit of conformity.

供应商PPAP文件审核并在现场确认其符合性。

- Supplier PPAP approval (Final approval should be released by Quality Manager).

供应商PPAP批准。

Supplier performance maintenance.

供应商业绩维护。

-Approved supplier list maintenance.

合格供应商名单建立和维护。

-Quality performance report such as reject/return rate, on time delivery rate and customer and customer PPM regarding supplied parts.

质量业绩汇报例如拒收率，按时交货率，PPM。

-Supplier quality problem resolution and report.

供应商质量问题解决和汇报。

-Engineering change follow-up, including subcontract, material, tooling and process etc..

工程变更的跟踪，包括次级供应商更换，原材料，工装和过程的更改。

-Regular supplier audit.

定期的供应商审核。

Continuous improvement.

持续改进。

-Supplier performance improving (quality, delivery and response).

供应商业绩改进（质量，交货，反应）。

-Cycle time, cost and management improving.

生产节拍，成本和管理的改进。

-Coaching supplier in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA etc..

对供应商APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA的培训。

-Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualification Required任职资格要求：

Bachel degree of mechanical engineering or related technical discipline or above.

机械或相关专业本科以上学历。

Minimum 3 years working experience in supplier quality management in Europe or America company in automobile industry.

3年以上欧美汽车行业供应商质量管理相关工作经验。

Good at quality tool application, such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA, etc..

熟悉质量控制工具SPC,FMEA,MSA等及应用。

Thorough understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002, etc.), certified quality auditor is a plus.

理解并掌握质量标准(ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949:2002)，有审核员资质优先。

Able to read the technical drawing.

能够读懂技术图纸。

Good command of English both in writing and speaking.

良好的英文书写和沟通能力。

Good communication skill and team spirit, and strong team driver for process and system improvement.

优秀的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能够很好地推动工作流程和体系的改善。
