Our client is a famous American-owned chemicals company.
Job Duty:
?work with sales team to plan inventory and stock level
?Issues PO according to Purchasing Plan in ERP system
?Conduct import and export
?sample arrangement
?daily, weekly and monthly order and stock review, analysis, management and report
?liaison with customers and ensure on time delivery to domestic customers
?direct report to Regional Customer Service Manager, with responsibility to Global Customer Service Manager
?lead and train the customer service team
?Make/check shipping documents, monitor and tracks Customs Clearance process
?Supports solving quality and other issues through claiming and goods replacement
?Routinely manages and coordinates with freight forwarder or its agent to ensure materials arrive in time and in cost effective means of transportation
?Coordinates with cross-functional team including Sales, Quality, Finance and Production
Job Requirements:
?Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
?Excellent interpersonal skills
?Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
?Scrupulous and pay attention to details, good analytical skill.
?Ability to work independently and drive to solutions.
?Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
?Cost control
?Sense of urgency and ownership
?Organized
?Task and outcome oriented
?Willingness and ability to learn
?Taking initiatives
?Lead, coach, motivate and train team
?Alert senior management when necessary
