Responsibilities职责：
Responsible for company’s accounts receivables, make reconciliation with customers and posting related vouchers to SAP etc.
负责公司的所有应收账款，并负责和客户进行账务核对，将相关证输入SAP等。
Customer master data administration in the SAP system
SAP 系统客户主数据的管理
Timely and correctly issuing VAT invoice and billing via SAP system for goods or service sold.
负责开具增值税发票以及在SAP中为已售货物或服务进行账务处理。
Monitoring the AR and Overdue balances and try to minimize the balance by reminding related staff to collect payments from customers.
监控应收账款和超期应收账款的余额情况并提示相关人员进行款项崔收。
Track the process of Export tax refund, collect the related documents
跟踪出口退税的进展,并收集相关单据
Preparing monthly invoicing summary and send to related recipients, and analyze the sales report by different index
每月编制开票汇总表,并对销售情况从不同角度进行分析
Responsible for the tax issue, Including but not limited to preparing VAT report and make taxation returns with in the specified time; monthly key taxation payer reporting to the Tax Bureau and prepare analysis report. Quarterly corporate income tax returns and daily VAT invoice’s verification;
负责公司税务，月度税务申报及其他税务相关事, 包括每月填制增值税申报表上报税务局, 填报重点税源报表及编写重点税源分析报告, 季度企业所得税申报, 增值税专用发票认证等.
Response to the notice from Taxation Authorities
针对税务机关的要求及通知做出处理与回复；
Assisting Strategy Taxation Planning, to minimizing the company’s taxation burden 协助公司的税务战略筹划，以使公司税负最小化。
Keep contact with customers and solving financial issues with customers.
针对财务方面和客户保持联系并解决相关问题。
Solving related trade receivable issues and tax issues for annual auditing.
在年度审计时解决应收帐款及税务方面的相关问题。
Maintain Good relationship with the Related Government Authorities.
和相关政府部门保持良好的关系。
Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualification Required任职资格要求：
Education
学历
Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting of financial management related majors.
会计学或财务管理相关专业本科或以上学历。
Training
培训
CICPA qualification or other widely recognized professional accountancy or taxation qualifications is preferred.
如拥有中国注册会计师资格或其他被广泛认可的专业会计或税务资格更佳。
Skills
技能
Well understands Chinese Accounting Standards and the Chinese Taxation system.
熟悉中国会计准则和中国的税务体系。
Good command of English and good presentation and communication skills.
良好的英语技能以及良好的演示和沟通技能。
Proficient in an ERP system such as SAP and proficient in MS Office.
熟练掌握一种ERP系统，比如SAP,且能够熟练运用微软办公系统。
Experience

Minimum 2 years working experience in finance and accounting related position.
