MAJOR RESPONDILITIES
1. Participate in post-editing of MT of patent projects;
2. Responsible for the recruitment, interview and training;
3. Take charge of daily management work and take the initiative to coordinate with other divisions;
4. Insure translation quality, and lead the team to achieve the set goals efficiently.

REQUIRED SKILLS
1. The candidate must have at least four years of translation experience from English to Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese and vice versa;
2. Must have in depth knowledge and proficiency using CAT tools;
3. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanics, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Telecom, Electronics or English;
4. English major must have TEM-8 certificate, all others CET-6;
5. Technical documents and Patent translation experience will be a plus;
6. Hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to get the assignments completed on time;
7. Strong sense of responsibility, able to motivate groups, great critical thinking and problem solving skills, ability to multi-task.

任职要求:
1. 候选人需有4年以上简体或繁体翻译经验；
2. 对翻译软件有深入的了解，并能熟练地使用；
3. 本科以上学历，专业方向：机械、生物、化学、医药、电信、电子及英语等相关专业；
4. 英语专业要求专八，其它专业大学英语六级；
5.有技术文档或专利翻译经验优先；
6. 能按时完成公司安排的翻译任务，勤奋、踏实、注重细节；
7. 能够承担压力，具有强烈的责任心、激励团队、有深刻见解和解决实际问题的能力。
