Job Title: Customer Service
Working Location: Qingpu, Shanghai

Job Description:
1. Manage SO and meet DOTIF target by working with sales team, planner, warehouse departments, etc;
2. Handle export trade with inter-company and end user, ensure that documentation preparation including packing list, meet customer/export/import needs to ensure delivery of goods;
3. Follow sales team and customers in A/R collection and monitoring by working with finance team;
4. Handle the customer complains by working with QC, sales teams etc;
5. Work out sales reports etc. as required by BU managers etc;
6. Provide necessary supports to sales team to meet customer request;
7. Other job when required.

Job Requirements:
1. Proven track record in a MNC, more than 1 year experience in Customer Service/Sales Adm. Area;
2. Undergraduate, team player in a matrix and independent organization;
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Able to work under pressure;
5. Familiar with SAP, import & export experience is preferred.
