负责公司网站的信息更新及日常维护。与网络媒体进行互动，对公司形象及产品进行宣传。为电子商务同事提供技术支持。具有一定的美工基础，能独立完成网页制作，图片编辑。熟悉数据库与局域网维护的相关知识，精通网络销售和网络管理。具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。

岗位职责：
1、负责公司的整体网络营销推广，确保网站访问、咨询、订单数量；
2、ROI分析及优化：审核推广效果分析报告，及时分析及调整推广策略，使推广资源达到最大化利用。
3、公司及业务网站整体SEO：优化网站结构迎合搜索引擎，落实合理化网站调整；
4、团队管理：负责团队建设，制定并实施绩效考核规范，提升绩效

薪资待遇：
优厚底薪+全勤奖+带薪休假+五险

工作时间：

上午 8:30-12:00 下午 14:00-18:00
