【任职资格要求】

1. 大专及以上学历, 八年以上服装设计经验, 其中三年以上知名品牌服装设计总监经历, 熟悉国内服装市场特性及操作设计经验。

2. 具有很强的事业心, 责任心及抗压能力。

3. 熟悉市场设计需求、流行趋势及产品开发操作流程，通晓服装版型和制版工艺，了解服装生产流程。

4. 具有独特的创作能力及敏锐的时尚触觉，对时尚具有强烈的潮流意识，思维活跃，具较强创新能力及沟通、协调能力。

5. 具备优秀的团队带领及管理能力, 按期完成每季任务及各种日常部门的工作。

Founded in 2003, Dongguan Dongsheng Cashmere Products Co., Ltd was originally a branch factory of Shenzhen Erdos Cashmere Products Co., Ltd in Dalang. And the company is also the first trial enterprise restructuring affiliate of Inner Mongolia Erdos Cashmere Group. We are specialized in the production of cashmere, blended cashmere products and non-cashmere high-grade products. With the complete production equipment and 536 employees, we can produce as many as 450,000 pieces of products each year.
The management team in the company is well experienced and inherited the excellent enterprise culture of Erdos. In addition, we have adopted the most advanced computerized management system in our country.
