Responsibilities 职责

1. Planning, control, check, allocation of cost centers, discussion with responsible for cost centers and/or projects
成本中心的计划，控制，监督和分配，与各成本中心/项目负责人进行讨论。

2. Determination of cost center tariffs and overhead rates for the cost centers
确定成本中心各项间接费用的费率。

3. Investment planning, control, check, allocation of cost centers
各成本中心的投资计划，控制，监督和分配。

4. Cooperating company budget, prepare the cost center budgeting during the IP/Forecast process.
参与公司预算,在公司制定年度计划时编制各成本中心的预算。

5. Tracking, allocation of Service charge, R&D/license charge / NCC
对总部服务费、研发费、特许权使用费等项目的跟踪与分摊。

6. Execution of plan/target/actual cost comparisons, preparation monthly cost center report and point out deviations and follow up each departments’ actions.
进行计划/目标/实际成本对比分析，为每个部门提供成本中心月报，指出主要差异并跟进各部门改进措施的执行情况。

7. Primarily checking and approval of purchasing requisition according to cost center and investment planning
根据成本中心费用和投资计划对采购申请进行初级审批与跟踪。

8. Creation of period-end closing for Overhead (OH) and projects, reconciliation with FI/CO
检查、核对FI/CO的过账，执行间接费用相关的月结。

9. Supporting cost down, definition and tracking of measures in the respective functional departments
参与成本降低，就成本中心费用定义和跟踪相关部门的改进措施。

10. Support the top-management in analyzing all key data.
协助公司高管对各种关键数据进行分析。

11. Budget and planning supporting.
协助公司计划与预算的编制。

12. Providing guidance and transactional support to all departments and operation functions concerning accounting and compliance issues.
与公司各运营部门合作并提供会计与合规方面的支持。

13. Other accounting and finance related supporting jobs and other tasks assigned by the management to achieve the company objectives.
其他会计与财务方面的支持工作以及上级为实现公司目标安排的其他任务。

Qualifications and requirments 任职资格及要求

Education学历
Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or financial management related majors.
会计学或财务管理相关专业本科或以上学历。

Training培训
CICPA qualification or other widely recognized professional qualifications is preferred.
如拥有中国注册会计师资格或其他被广泛认可的专业会计师资格更佳。

Skills技能
Well understands Chinese Accounting Standards and IFRS.
熟练掌握中国会计准则和国际财务报告准则。
Good command of English and good presentation and communication skills.
良好的英语技能以及良好的演示和沟通技能。

Proficient in an ERP system and proficient in MS Office.
熟练掌握一种ERP系统，且能够熟练运用微软办公系统。

Experience工作经验
Minimum 3 years work experience in financial controlling related position.
三年以上财务控制工作经验。
