工作职责:

工作地：济南/或青岛（负责山东省）

-- 制定所在大区的产品品牌营销策略；

-- 区域专家的拜访及维护、学术需求的沟通，区域市场、竞争产品信息的汇总和市场分析；

-- 举办重点医院、科室的PIM会议。

-- 落地中央市场策略，分析区域市场情况并进行延伸和延展，设定区域市场行动计划；

-- 建立区域KOL管理体系，管理及发展RKOL；

-- 市场项目及市场活动的执行 

-- 通过定期产品培训、区域学术会议支持强化销售团队竞争力

任职要求:

-- 分子生物学或医药专业，硕士以上学历，两年以上工作经验；

-- 有大外企肿瘤领域产品销售经验背景者优先；

-- 英语听说读写流利，达英语六级水平；

-- 工作主动努力踏实，有进取心和刻苦钻研的精神；

-- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，较强的写作能力，良好的团队协作精神及职业操守

-- 能够适应出差
