?建立维护与现有或全新研究、商业伙伴，顾问及技术公司间的联系。实行计划，协调项目合作伙伴间的技术活动。建立维护与相关学术界，同行间的网络联系。
资格
?化学、化工或相关专业硕士毕业
?具有以客户为导向的技术理解能力
?良好的沟通技巧
?熟练的中、英文读写与口语能力


Role and Responsibilities
?Technical specialist within enzyme applications. Advances Novozymes knowledge base and maintains knowledge of current technology within the field.
?Stays abreast of technological developments and generates new ideas, and patents. Uses technical expertise in new/creative ways to advance No-vozymes business interests. Applies knowledge to diverse situations including outside main responsibility area.
?Develops, utilizes, and expands a relevant internal and external scientific network.
?Establishes and maintains contacts with existing and new research/commercial partners, consultants and technical firms as appropriate. Initiates plans for and coordinates technical activities carried out with the project partner. Establishes and maintains network with relevant academia, and peer organizations.
Qualifications
?M.Sc. degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or relevant fields
?Customer oriented focus with good technical understanding
?Strong communication and networking skills
?Fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English
