Responsibilities 工作职责：

- 协助推进ZPS (采埃孚生产管理系统)在工厂的导入和运行。
Support for the ZPS (ZF production system) implementation in the plant.
- 协助并支持车间的CIP项目推进，并帮助车间识别有效的CIP项目。
Assist and support the CIP projects implementation in the workshop, helping in identifying the effective CIP projects.
- 审核和监督各部门精益生产的实施情况，并就改善措施给出专业建议和方案。

Auditing and supervising Lean implementation status in different departments, and provide professional proposals and concepts for Improvement actions.

- 根据各部门实际需求提供相关精益生产各项培训（如5S，SMED，TPM，Pull system, etc）。

Provide necessary Lean theoretical training based on the requirement of all departments (Such as 5S，SMED，TPM，Pull system, etc.).

Qualification required 任职资格要求：
- 本科或以上学历，工业工程, 机械设计制造相关专业。
Bachelors degree or above, industrial engineering, machinery design and manufacturing related major.

- 至少3年精益生产项目设计、协调和实施经验，有机械加工制造行业经验者优先。

At least 3 years Lean production project design and implementation experience, working experience in machinery manufacturing industry is a plus.
- 有丰富的精益生产实践经验, 如5S，SMED，TPM，Pull system, etc. 能独立组织，领导和管理改善项目。
Rich experience in lean production implementation, such as: 5S，SMED，TPM，Pull system, etc.
Capable to independently organize, lead and manage the improvement projects.

- 系统的工作思路及 良好的沟通技巧和协调能力。
Systematical working style, good communication and coordination ability.

- 能熟练运用用各种电脑应用软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD 等)。
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD etc.).

- 优秀的英语听说读写能力。

Outstanding English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
