Responsibilities 工作职责:
Overall take charge of the management of production including people management, the execution of procedure, the process improving and optimization; co-ordination with departments related to satisfy customers’ OTD and other requirements.

Plan and observe the budgets and personnel，control cost, improve efficiency and operators skill, and take measures to keep within the given frame of budget.
制定和监督部门预算和人员计划，降低生产成本，提高生产效率及人员技能，并采取措施控制预算。
Deploy, motivate, train, co-ordinate, instruct, and evaluate subordinate.
调度、激励、培训、协调、指导并评价下属员工。
Responsible for quality and quantity of production and the necessary demand.
负责生产质量和数量以及所必需的生产资料。
Discuss failures and problems, and initiate purpose-leading activities.
分析生产中的故障和问题，并采取相应的措施克服。
Focus on shop floor management, lean production, and decrease the waste during production.
推动现场5S管理、精益生产和消除生产浪费。
Necessary equipment and tools request, and improve OEE of equipment.
申请生产所需的设备和工具，提高设备的有效利用率。
Responsible for monitoring and improve KPI figures given by the top management in cooperation with other departments.
和其他部门合作监督和改善高层设定的KPI考核数据。
Planning and ramp-up of new production line and processes in cooperation with Industrial Engineering Manager and ZPS Manager.
和工业工程经理及ZPS经理合作规划和实现新生产线和工艺流程。
Responsible for (pre-) maintenance, overall spare-part management and overall OEE for all equipment.
负责设备的维护保养、备件管理、以及设备综合效率。
Responsible for tool management and stock level of necessary tools to guarantee the optimum between costs and machine availability.
负责工具管理以及控制合理库存以保证成本和设备有效的最优化。

Qualifications Required任职资格要求:
Engineering or management education background.
机械或管理专业毕业。
8 years production or operation experience and at least 3 years in production management.
八年生产或运营经验，三年以上生产管理工作经验。
Several years experience in automotive industry and/or part supplier, alternatively tool/ machining industry.
有汽车或零部件行业的工作经验，或者工具、机械加工行业。
Experience in machining of complex components (milling, grinding etc. preferred).
有复杂结构部件的机械加工工作经验（磨、铣等更佳）。
Experience in machinery layouts, material flow and lean production system.
在机床布局，材料流动和精益生产方面有经验。
Reading and understanding of technical drawings.
掌握并理解技术图纸。
Good command of English language skill both in written and spoken.
良好的英语书面和口语沟通能力。
