Responsibilities 职责
1. Responsible for company’s accounts receivables, make reconciliation with customers and employees, posting related vouchers to SAP etc.
负责公司的所有应收账款，并负责和客户或员工进行账务核对，将相关证输入SAP等。
2. Timely and correctly issuing VAT invoice and billing via SAP system for goods or service sold.
负责开具增值税发票以及在SAP中为已售货物或服务进行账务处理。
3. Send VAT invoices to the customers and collecting checks or handling other process for payments from customers.
将增值税专用发票邮寄至客户并从客户收取支票或办理其他相关收款手续。
4. Track the process of Export tax refund
跟踪出口退税的进展
5. Preparing monthly invoicing summary and send to related recipients.
每月编制开票汇总表。
6. Timely and correctly issuing of notices of outstanding accounts statements and payment reminders, answering inquires from both internal and external.
签发客户对账单和催款提示，回复公司内外部有关应收账款方面的咨询。
7. Responsible for preparing the monthly overdue &aging analysis reports.
负责编制应收账款超期和账龄分析报告。
8. Monitoring the AR and Overdue balances and try to minimize the balance by reminding related staff to collect payments from customers.
监控应收账款和超期应收账款的余额情况并提示相关人员进行款项崔收。
9. Support Finance Manager and Controllers on AR issues for monthly closing.
在应收账款方面协助总账和成本会计完成月度报告。
10. Controlling the company trade receivables to guarantee the incoming cash flow.
监控公司的应收帐款回收以保证公司的收入性现金流。
11. Responsible for regularly checking the Company’s Status, and calculate the key indexes in the State Administration of Foreign Exchange’s (SAFE) Monitoring System and take the related measures, including providing advice to and cooperation with other business departments.
负责检查公司在外汇局的外汇监测系统中的公司状况，并事先计算公司的各种外汇情况指标，并采取相关的措施，包括向有关业务部门提出建议并与之合作等。
12. Responsible for the International Receiving and Payments Filing in related. SAFE’s systems.
负责公司的国际收支申报。
13. Keep contact with customers and solving financial issues with customers.
针对财务方面和客户保持联系并解决相关问题。
14. Solving related trade receivable issues for annual auditing.
在年度审计时解决应收帐款方面的相关问题。
15. Maintain Good relationship with the Related Government Authorities.
和相关政府部门保持良好的关系。
16. Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualification required资格要求
1. Education学历
-Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting of financial management related majors.
会计学或财务管理相关专业本科或以上学历。
2. Training培训
CICPA qualification or other widely recognized professional accountancy or taxation qualifications is preferred.
如拥有中国注册会计师资格或其他被广泛认可的专业会计或税务资格更佳。
3. Skills技能
-Well understands Chinese Accounting Standards and the Chinese Taxation system.
熟悉中国会计准则和中国的税务体系。
-Good command of English and good presentation and communication skills.
良好的英语技能以及良好的演示和沟通技能。
-Proficient in an ERP system such as SAP and proficient in MS Office.
熟练掌握一种ERP系统，比如SAP,且能够熟练运用微软办公系统。
4. Experience工作经验
-Minimum 2 years working experience in finance and accounting related position.
两年以上会计或财务管理工作经验。
