职位描述：
Main Tasks:

1. Coordinate all necessary activities to reach Gates and Milestones according to the Product-Development Process.

2. Work with functional teams to identify roles and responsibilities of people involved in the program.

3. Prepare for and schedule a program-planning meeting.

4. Review the project open items with the teams on a regular basis.

5. Prepare the project time plan and trace the project

6. Project management document archiving.

7. Change management, communicate with headquarter to creat the change tracing number and follow up.




Requirements:

Must -Criteria

1. More than 3 years experience in automotive manufacturing company as project engineer, with experience to lead project team.

2. Good knowledge in TS 16949/APQP/PEP/Professional project management

3. Bachelor or above, major in mechnical engineering/Automotive engineering or equal, with good capability in understanding drawings.

4. Good communication skill

5. Excellent ability on th office sofeware, Excel, PPT, Project

Can- Criteria:

1. SAP experience is a plus

2. Good command of German is a plus.
