职位描述：
1. 调研分析&战略规划支持
Research & Strategic Planning Support
A． 进行深入的业务/战略调研分析，并根据分析结果提供合理的结论及建议；
Conduct in-depth business / strategic researches and analyses and provide in-depth level of conclusion and recommendation based on the results of the analysis.
B． 调研分析的范围及内容包含财务分析（三大报表分析、关键财务指标和比例分析等），运营分析（运营效率、生产能力等），以及市场分析（经济状况、行业状况、竞争情况等）；
Scope of research and analysis includes financial (PL, BS, CF, financial ratio, and etc), operational (efficiency, productivity, and etc), and market (economic, industry, competition, and etc).
C． 为战略规划提供相应的分析工作、报告材料准备及支持性工作。
Provide analytical supports and preparation of report materials for the strategic planning process

2. 投资和业务分析
Investment / Business Development Projects
A． 评估并审核兼并、收购、处置、投资、资本性支出等项目，对其进行财务评估（包括估值、财务预测、财务建模）以及业务评估；
Conduct financial (including valuation, financial forecast, financial modelling) and business evaluations and review the merger / acquisitions / disposal / investments / capital expenditure projects.
B． 协助上级管理和协调投资和业务项目；
Assist in managing and coordinating projects / business initiatives as assigned by the manager.
C． 根据评估结果，协助/主导商业报告书的准备和撰写。
Assist / lead the preparation of business proposal based on the results of the evaluation.

3. 出具报告/公司业绩管理
Reporting & Performance Management
A． 准备周期性和不定期报告以及报表，追踪投资项目以及公司的表现，并根据需要提供相应的反馈以及优化/解决方案；
Assist in managing and coordinating projects / business initiatives as assigned by the manager.
B． 根据上级的指示准备其他的不定期报告
Prepare other ad-hoc reports as requested by the manager or the group. 举报 分享
