职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、Strategy Implementation:

Correctly understand corporate business strategy and formulate overall launch plan of projects to ensure the realization of strategy, focus on government policies on swine industry and propose project investment plan to top management accordingly.

2、Investment Analysis:

Analyze projects from perspective of environment, resources, economy, local government policy, cost and challenges etc., conduct due diligence and evaluate the feasibility of projects.

3、Land Acquisition:

Explore, screen and acquire qualified land for projects per specific business criteria with support of government.

4、Business Incorporation:

Lead and collaborate with related dept. to prepare for government examination and complete government approval on project launch, work on incorporating branch and subsidiaries as required by business and negotiate with local government on preferential investment treatment.

5、Government Relationship:

Develop and maintain good relationship with local government to obtain support on land acquisition, preferential investment treatment and business operation on




任职要求：

1、Education 教育:

MBA of well-organized business school is preferred.

2、Experience 经验:

Minimum 8 years work experience on operation related function is preferred.

3、Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

Strong persuasive communication skill.

Proven leadership to lead courageously the team and project.

Solid planning and execution ability.

Proficient in spoken and written English preferred.
