光传输项目调通工程师招聘要求
招募要求：
1、通讯或者计算机相关专业毕业，大专/本科学历；
2、熟悉通讯基本原理或计算机网络原理；
3、熟悉光传输通信SDH,WDM,OTN者优先；
4、较强的英文阅读能力；
5、具备良好的团队合作精神，沟通表达能力强，工作积极主动；
6、能适应频繁出差。
我们（北京亚方公司）是上海贝尔阿尔卡特公司的光传输工程专项合作方，主要承担上海贝尔阿尔卡特的光传输项目的工程执行，我们的技术人员经过项目现场实习和培训1-3个月后(在上海预安装现场实习，实习培训也为正式员工，有工资, ）主要被安排到全国各地的通信项目上从事传输设备的安装督导和调测、开通以及售后维护。实习期间，工资加补助从3600元（1500+30x70）；逐级递增到8240元（2000+26X240，每月出差30天，补助按26天计算)；
每月电脑补贴200元，项目工作电话费每月补贴130元（每天补助5元，每月出差30天，电话费按26天计算补贴）；
项目工作住宿费自理（包含在补助里，实习期间每人分摊约三十多元），项目工作相关的长途交通费实报实销。详情请参阅合同。
另外，员工在户口所在地或定居地自行缴纳社会保险后，公司会按规定比例给每个员工报销社会保险（约报销70%)。
